General terms of sale

Scope of application

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as “order”) via the online store of Dexton – Your next Level, operated by Dejan Djuric (hereinafter referred to as www.dexton.fitness).www.dexton.fitness reserves the right to change the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.


The offer is aimed at natural customers based in Switzerland and Europe.

The offer is valid as long as it is visible in the online store and/or stocks last. Prices and product ranges are subject to change at any time. The images shown in advertising, brochures, the online store, etc. and all information on the products are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.


Prices in Switzerland are quoted in Swiss francs, including value added tax (VAT).

Prices in the European Union are in euros, including value added tax (VAT) plus customs duties.

The price in the online store at the time of the order is decisive.

Additional services ordered that are subject to a charge, such as packaging, shipping, delivery, customs duties, etc., are listed separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.


The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding application, but a non-binding online catalog or a non-binding invitation to customers to order the product in the online store. www.dexton.fitness reserves the right to limit the delivery quantities for certain products and not to carry out the delivery if the order is unusually heavy or voluminous.

An order is deemed to be an offer to www.dexton.fitness to conclude a contract.

After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt, which documents that the order has been received by www.dexton.fitness. The customer can only amend or cancel the order until it is processed in one of our warehouses. If an order is supplemented, the original order is used as the basis for calculation, but any special offers and discounts at the time of the supplement are not taken into account.

www.dexton.fitness/en is free to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded; in particular, products that cannot be delivered will not be forwarded. Products that are temporarily unavailable cannot be reserved.

Conclusion of contract

A contract is only concluded when the order is processed in the www.dexton.fitness warehouse. As soon as the order has been prepared for dispatch in the warehouse, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.


The customer’s delivery address must be in Switzerland or the European Union.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is 4-9 working days. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time within the delivery period. Time deviations and the blocking of a specific delivery date are possible, especially on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volumes, whereby any claims for damages and other claims by customers are excluded. 

No deliveries are made on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays.

If the customer is not on site at the time of delivery and has not given any special delivery instructions, the delivery will be left at the front door or reception or at the front door of the company. Depending on the respective delivery window, the delivery can also be made to a neighbor living in the same building if the customer has entered their address and telephone number in the customer account under “optional information” before placing the order. If the customer’s letterbox is part of a letterbox system, the delivery person will leave a collection invitation in the letterbox. The customer must then collect the delivery from the relevant post office.

The customer assumes responsibility for the products delivered, even if they have not received them directly.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs depend on the value of the products ordered (minimum order value excluding delivery costs, deposits and credit notes). The delivery costs communicated in the online store apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.


You can return any purchase within 14 days without giving reasons (see 14-day withdrawal period). After this 14-day period, you can generally only claim a full or partial refund if it is not possible to repair or replace the goods.


www.dexton.fitness guarantees the quality and durability of the products under the following conditions:

Defects in the delivered goods must be reported 24 hours after receipt by e-mail, stating the defects and attaching photos clearly showing the defects
Defects occurring within the statutory warranty period must be reported immediately after the occurrence of the defects by e-mail, stating the defects and enclosing evidence photos on which the defects are clearly recognizable
Defects caused by improper use of the products by the customer and normal signs of use on fitness equipment are excluded from the warranty. In principle, the statutory regulation of 2 years from delivery applies.

Notice of defects

If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must, without prejudice to his rights in respect of defects, immediately complain to the delivery agent and refuse acceptance. The customer is obliged to obtain a confirmation of damage from the carrier. All transport damage must also be reported immediately to www.dexton.fitness.

Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the ordered products immediately upon receipt and to store them correctly. Any defects or deviations from the order must be reported via www.dexton.fitness on the day of delivery by e-mail to [email protected]. Thereafter, only hidden defects can be claimed, which must be reported to www.dexton.fitness immediately after discovery. The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods will be credited to the customer’s account www.dexton.fitness reserves the right to demand proof of the defect.

Payment options

Payments in Switzerland must be made in Swiss francs; payments in the European Union must be made in euros.

Electronic means of payment

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted as means of payment. If payment is made by credit card, the amount will be debited when the order is placed.

Purchase in advance

If payment is made by bank transfer, the goods will be delivered once payment has been received.

Refunds, credit notes, credit balances

If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, these will be credited to the customer’s account and can be used for purchases at www.dexton.fitness.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Swiss and German law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Dexton.
